Nirvanta AI uses 6-digit codes sent by email to verify your address and to reset your password.
The code didn’t arrive
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait 60 seconds, then request a new code. You can request up to 5 codes per hour.
- If you previously clicked “unsubscribe” in a Nirvanta AI email, codes may stop reaching you. Contact us at support@nirvanta.app and we’ll help.
“That code has expired”
Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Request a new one and use the most recent code.
“That code is not correct”
Double-check the digits. After 5 incorrect attempts the code stops working and you’ll need to request a new one.
Signed up with Apple using “Hide My Email”? Your account is verified through Apple and doesn’t need an email code.
