Delete your Nirvanta AI account
You can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel an Elevate or Transform subscription. To stop future charges, cancel in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
Option 1: In the app
- Open Nirvanta AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This can’t be undone.
Option 2: On this page
No app needed. Enter the email address of your account and we’ll send it a 6-digit code. Enter the code here to delete your account immediately.
Option 3: By email
If the code doesn’t arrive — for example, you no longer use that email address — email us with the subject “Delete my Nirvanta AI account” and tell us the address the account was registered with. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before deleting it, and we’ll reply to confirm once it’s done.

- Your account, sign-in details and sessions on all devices
- Your profile, goals and preferences
- Your generated scripts and audio files
- Your mood check-ins
- Your practice history, streaks and reminders
- Any voice profile created from your recordings, including with our voice provider
- Push notification tokens for your devices
What may be kept
- Backups: copies of deleted data may remain in backups for up to 30 days before they are permanently erased.
- Purchase records: records of App Store or Google Play purchase notifications are kept in a form no longer linked to your account, for accounting, fraud prevention and legal purposes.
- Store records: Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their privacy policies.
- Information we are required to keep by law.
Sessions you downloaded for offline listening are encrypted on your device; uninstalling the app removes them. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
