Resetting your password

Use a 6-digit code to set a new password.
  1. On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address for your account.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code we email you (valid for 10 minutes).
  4. Choose a new password between 6 and 72 characters.

For your security, resetting your password signs you out on all your devices.
